1. Who operates this store

Coastal Peptides is operated by Coastal Apex Ventures LLC (Coastal, we, us, or our). Our business mailing address is 801 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL. Contact support@coastalpeps.org for questions about these terms, products, or an order. The mailing address is not a return destination unless we expressly authorize it.

2. Using the website

Use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. By submitting an order and checking the terms acknowledgement, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy in effect at that time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; it is not a request for consent to unrelated marketing.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it and to acquire the selected research materials.

3. Research use and purchaser responsibilities

Products are offered for laboratory research only. They are not sold for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, or personal use. Website information is product information, not medical or dosing advice.

You are responsible for determining whether a material is appropriate and lawfully obtainable for your intended research, and for having the personnel, facilities, permissions, and procedures required to receive, handle, store, use, and dispose of it. Do not repurpose a research-use product for human or animal administration. We may decline orders that appear inconsistent with these restrictions.

4. Specifications, packs, and images

Every catalog option is a complete pack of 10 vials. Listed strength is per vial; a quantity of one means one complete pack. Read the selected strength, contents, and product description before adding an item to your bag. Blend descriptions identify the listed components.

Product photographs are branded packaging concepts. They may show a single vial, an opened vial, or an artistic powder arrangement. They do not depict the quantity shipped, handling instructions, measured contents, final packaging, or a laboratory result. The written specification and applicable batch documentation govern the product description.

Catalog options are based on the supplied US inventory list. Warehouse locations and availability are snapshots, not live inventory reservations or guaranteed dispatch locations. We provide Certificates of Analysis for every peptide sold. Ask for the applicable product and lot documentation; a COA is not a guarantee of suitability for a particular experiment.

5. Current preview

Retail kit prices are displayed and live checkout remains disabled. Saving products in a bag is not an order, does not reserve inventory, and does not authorize a charge. Clearly identified demonstration or test transactions do not create shipments or live purchases. COA files will be linked when available; the directory currently accepts requests.

6. Orders and acceptance

When live ordering is available, review the complete order and price before submitting payment. An automated receipt confirms receipt of the submission; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a material listing error, suspected fraud, an unmet research-use restriction, or another lawful reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. We cannot promise a change once fulfillment has begun. Orders may move quickly because dispatch is under 24 hours. The Refund Policy applies after dispatch, subject to legal cancellation rights.

7. Prices, promotions, and payments

Prices are in US dollars for a complete 10-vial pack. Standard US shipping is $10 per order and free when the merchandise total is over $250 after discounts. The current checkout adds no separate tax charge. Accepted promotions and the complete total are shown before payment. We may change future prices or correct errors, but will not increase an accepted order price without your agreement. We may cancel and refund an affected order if a material price error cannot be resolved.

Promotions are subject to their stated validity, eligibility, and limits. A code does not guarantee eligibility; the final accepted discount appears at checkout. Stripe processes enabled payments. You authorize the clearly displayed amount when you complete payment and must use a payment method you are authorized to use. We do not receive your full card number.

8. Shipping and delays

We are US based and all orders ship from within the United States through our fulfillment partner. Orders are dispatched in under 24 hours. Dispatch is separate from carrier transit; arrival within 24 hours is not promised. Delivery depends on the carrier and destination.

If we cannot meet the promised shipment time, we will communicate the delay, revised timing if known, and cancellation/refund options required by law. If shipment cannot be completed or required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will cancel and refund as required. See the Shipping Policy for further details.

9. Returns and refunds

Request a return of a complete, unopened, sealed pack within 14 calendar days after delivery. No discretionary refund or exchange is offered once a product pack or vial has been opened, used, reconstituted, tampered with, or its seal broken. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not count as opening the retail product.

This restriction does not remove remedies for incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support@coastalpeps.org before sending anything back. The Refund Policy explains conditions, authorization, costs, and processing.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with the site, evade access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders or privacy requests, impersonate others, or collect personal information without authorization. Ordinary browser access and accessibility tools are permitted.

Our branding, original content, and site design are owned by or licensed to Coastal Apex Ventures LLC. You may view and retain ordinary order and policy information for your own lawful use. Do not present our branding as your own or imply affiliation without permission. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.

11. Information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and website information accurate, but information may contain errors and the site may be temporarily unavailable. We may maintain, update, or discontinue features. A correction does not remove your rights for an accepted order. Linked third-party services have their own terms.

12. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant a particular experimental outcome or suitability for an undisclosed purpose. Nothing excludes an express written product commitment or a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption or misuse of a material. Any limitation is subject to applicable law and does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited. This section does not eliminate a refund, replacement, or remedy you are legally entitled to receive.

13. Resolving disputes

Contact support@coastalpeps.org with an order reference and description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable US federal law, without displacing mandatory protections where you live. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, or remove access to a regulator or competent court.

14. Changes and general provisions

Updates apply to future use and future orders. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be identified on the site as appropriate; the terms accepted for an existing order continue to govern it unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver. These terms and the order information and policies they expressly incorporate form the agreement for the matters they cover.
