Shipping Policy

1. Domestic fulfillment

Coastal Peptides is operated by Coastal Apex Ventures LLC. All orders ship from within the US through our supply partner. Catalog inventory includes Portland, Delaware, and Atlanta; the US fulfillment location may vary. Inventory is based on a supplier snapshot, not a live count or reservation.

2. Dispatch in under 24 hours

Orders dispatch in under 24 hours: the time from your order to shipment, not arrival. Carrier transit depends on service, destination, and conditions. We do not promise a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated for a particular order.

3. Address, charges, and tracking

When live checkout is enabled, provide a complete US delivery address. Standard US shipping is $10 per order and free when the merchandise total is over $250 after discounts. Orders totaling exactly $250 after discounts have a $10 shipping charge. Shipping itself does not count toward the threshold. The current checkout adds no separate tax charge; the complete total appears before payment. Contact us immediately about an address error; dispatched orders may not be reroutable.

Tracking is provided when available from fulfillment. A label or tracking number alone does not necessarily mean the carrier has the parcel. Email support@coastalpeps.org with your order reference for help.

4. Shipment delays

If we cannot meet the promised shipment time, we communicate the delay, revised timing if known, and legally required cancellation/refund options. Where consent is required, we obtain it or cancel and refund as required. We do not silently replace the agreed shipment promise after payment.

5. Missing or damaged shipments

Tell us promptly if tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, if an order has not arrived, or if packaging or contents appear damaged. Retain packaging and provide your reference and photos where safe. We work with fulfillment and carriers to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A tracking scan does not remove remedies required by law.

Do not return materials without written authorization. The Refund Policy explains the 14-day window for unopened packs and order-problem exceptions.

6. Preview and contact
