Refund & Return Policy

1. The 14-day window

Contact support@coastalpeps.org within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return of a complete, unopened, sealed pack. Include your order reference, product, and reason. Keep proof of delivery and the request. Request within the window, then follow the authorized return instructions.

2. Eligible condition

The complete original 10-vial pack must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in original product packaging with every vial and product seal intact. Materials must have been handled and stored appropriately and remain safe to assess. Partial packs are not eligible for discretionary returns. Opening the shipping carton to inspect a shipment does not by itself make a sealed retail pack ineligible.

3. Opened products

No discretionary refund or exchange is offered after a retail product pack or vial is opened, its seal is broken, or contents are used, reconstituted, contaminated, or tampered with. This protects product integrity. A change of mind or experimental result is not a basis for returning an opened product.

This restriction does not exclude remedies for damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, or rights the law does not allow us to exclude.

4. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Contact us promptly after discovering a problem. Include the order reference, product and lot details if available, a clear description, and photographs when safe. Keep the packaging and material until we give instructions. Do not use a compromised product or return it without authorization.

We review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund. We cover reasonable authorized return costs for our error or an established defect. Prompt reporting helps investigation and does not replace a longer period or remedy required by law.

5. Authorization and costs

Obtain written authorization and a return destination before shipping. Our Miami mailing address is not automatically a return address. Authorized returns may need to go to the original fulfillment location with appropriate handling instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay tracked return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Keep the receipt. We charge no restocking fee under this policy. Standard US delivery is $10 per order and free on orders over $250 after discounts. We do not deduct an undisclosed outbound shipping fee from an approved product refund.

6. Inspection and refunds

After receiving an authorized return, we assess its condition and notify you of the decision. We aim to complete review within five business days. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within five business days, or sooner where required by law. Bank/payment-provider posting times are outside our control. We explain any rejection or partial refund.

7. Cancellations and shipment delays

Request cancellation promptly. Dispatch occurs in under 24 hours, so an order already in fulfillment may not be stoppable. After dispatch, eligible returns follow this policy. If we cancel, cannot fulfill an order, or owe a refund for a shipment delay, we refund as required without applying the opened-product restriction to an unshipped order.

8. Rights and preview status

Nothing limits a non-waivable consumer, warranty, chargeback, or statutory remedy. This policy applies to Coastal Peptides purchases from Coastal Apex Ventures LLC. The private preview has no live payments or shipments, so there is no live transaction to refund.
